Faux-Cabulary is a really fun (and funny) game from the company that made the very popular group game, Apples to Apples.

No of Players: 3 – 7

Time to learn: 3 – 5 min.

Time of play: depends on how many people are playing

The object of the game is to make up the best “word” to fit the crazy definition on one of the Faux-Cabulary cards.  You have three cubes, with six words, parts of words or  letter(s) on them with which to make up your faux-word.

Its like playing Dictionary (or Balderdash) backwards, with the ease of play that was so great in Apples to Apples.

I laughed myself silly just making up words to a couple of cards to see how the game would work.  It is on the list for our upcoming game night.

Check where you usually buy your games.  If they don’t have it in, ask them to get it for you.
